• Attend a series of workshops that will help you translate your study abroad experience into your career goals, support your global citizenship, and be in community with students who have previously studied abroad
• Form a network of professional contacts and references
• Add this activity to your resume and discuss your achievements in job interviews
• Share your experiences of studying and living abroad with fellow DePaul students to help future students decide on the program that’s right for them
• Letter of recommendation and award upon successful completion of student responsibilities
• Free admission to the Lessons from Abroad study abroad alumni professional conference

Qualifications

• Current DePaul student
• Participation in any study abroad program
• Passionate about study abroad and willing to share your experience with others
• Acceptance for participation in the program by the DePaul Study Abroad office

On-Campus Ambassador for Study Abroad Responsibilities

• Attend a minimum of one workshop throughout the duration of your participation in the program

Share your experience (choose one)

• Create a video reel for our Youtube or Instagram page
• Submit at least three Instagram posts for the @DPUStudyAbroad Instagram Account
• Write at least three blog posts for The Sojournal
• Author an article about studying or living abroad that is published in a campus newsletter or newspaper
• Participate in the #IAMDEPAUL or @DPUStudyAbroad Instagram takeover (if you are studying abroad again)
• Create your own! (Approval needed)

Connect with future students (choose at least three events)

• Volunteer/table at a Study Abroad Event 
• Present to your class and talk about what you learned on your study abroad program
• Answer questions and share tips at a Study Abroad Orientation
• Create a Study Abroad session as part of residential education programming
• Present your experience to an organization on campus
• Invent your own way!
