Welcome to DePaul University’s Travel Registration process! 

When you click the "Apply Now" button below, the system will take you to a screen with locations and a place to enter your travel dates.

At the top of the page, please enter your arrival date and departure dates. If you only have approximate dates, please enter them here, and then when you have confirmed travel dates, you can log back into this account and update your itinerary. 

Look for your location in the list on the screen.  Once you find your location on the list, please highlight that location and click "Add to Itinerary." You can add as many dates and locations as you like. 

Once you have entered your travel dates and destination(s), click "Apply" and you will be taken to another page with some additional documents that require your signature as well as some helpful information as you travel. All documents must be completed (have a check mark next to them) before departure.
